Financing, built around the deal

Start with the property and the plan.

The right capital depends on what you’re buying, building, improving, or holding. I help investors and developers think through the structure, then connect the deal with potential capital sources.

Brokers and referral partners are welcome. Start with the deal details, even if the borrower’s information isn’t ready to share.

A few common paths

Different plans call for different capital.

Acquire or improve

Bridge financing for purchases, refinances, renovations, and value-add plans—including fix-and-flip projects.

For example: Buy a property that needs work, fund the renovation, then sell or refinance after the plan is complete.

Build or develop

Ground-up construction and development for residential, commercial, multifamily, and specialized properties.

For example: Acquire a site, finance construction, and plan for a sale, lease-up, or refinance at completion.

Hold or refinance

Rental and DSCR financing, stabilized commercial or multifamily loans, and portfolio or cross-collateralized structures.

For example: Refinance a rented property based on its income, or evaluate financing across several properties.

Finance a specialized property

Capital options for mixed-use, mobile home parks, RV parks, and other properties that need a more tailored look.

For example: Improve occupancy or add sites at a mobile home or RV park, or finance a mixed-use property.

Beyond the loan

One deal at a time. One clear next step.

I look at the economics, the property, the execution plan, and the sponsor’s credit and liquidity. Then we can identify the constraints, consider a workable structure, and see which capital sources may fit.

You don’t need to know which product to choose—or have every detail ready—to start the conversation.
