These SMS Terms apply to the Ben Joanis Messaging Program (the “Program”), operated by RVG Capital LLC under the professional brand Ben Joanis. By expressly opting in, you agree to receive text messages under these Terms.
1. Program description
The Program provides transactional messages concerning an existing inquiry or application, including responses to requested information, scheduling, document-status reminders, and transaction updates. The Program does not send promotional or marketing messages.
2. Consent
You may opt in through the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on benjoanis.com. Consent is voluntary, is not a condition of obtaining services, and applies only to the transactional Program described at the time of opt-in. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s message and data charges are your responsibility.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any Program message to cancel. You may receive one confirmation message. After that, no further Program messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or reply START to resubscribe where supported.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
